Great wee hotel right in the centre of Ballymena. Staff are great and will go out of their way to help. There is car parking here too but it gets busy. Breakfast is fab.
Visited today, Sunday 21st September. A very warm welcome from the staff. Food was absolutely beautiful. Fast service and steaming hot dinner. Jam and strawberry spongecake was divine. Most certainly be back. Frank, Olivia and Fiadh age nearly 4
Lovely place for afternoon tea,Lunch& dinner with friends& family. Lovely friend staff& very clean. Great value for money 2 courses for £22.00 from 4pm to 7pm week days.
The staff are brilliant, food was great. The rooms are a little dated. Our main issue was no bedside lamp just one light in the middle over the bed. Not ideal when one of us wakes at 5am and reads for a while and the other likes to sleep longer. Heading out to buy a reading light for tonight.

What really stood out was her deep knowledge of the menu—she was able to guide me through food tolerances with ease and made sure every recommendation suited my dietary needs. Lynsey also offered fantastic drink pairings that perfectly complemented each dish I ordered, which made the experience all the more special. Her attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and genuine care made the entire evening memorable. If you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend asking for Lynsey. She truly elevated our dining experience—an absolute star!
I've stayed at quite a few hotels, all over the globe. This stay was standout for the service, Zoe on reception was absolutely fantastic! Shoutout to the cleaning team too! We were so lucky and grateful for the early check-in! I would definitely stay here again!

Love it. First time here and already want to come back. Very nice quaint boutique style hotel with excellent attentive staff. Big room and lovely bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. Bed very comfortable. Everything feels so right even though some of it is a bit dated. Good breakfast selection, hot and cold choices as per most these days. Definitely recommend it.
